After the big earthquake in Christchurch in 2011, art and creativity played an important role in the reconstruction of the society. It helped for residents to slowly find back to a normal life and to prove to the world that there is always a way out, even of such a dramatic situation.

This ballerina was painted on a wall located somewhere along the Avon river.
